Unboxing my experience
Worn-down in unexpected ways! No warm water or heating, and a shower head that barely worked. Despite friendly staff, the cramped rooms left much to be desired. Watch out for hidden charges. I paid extra for check-in! Easy access to trams, and a Lidl nearby are the few highlights.

Bedroom smells smoke even thou was a sign not allowing it. Shower was very slippery (???) and the toilet was inside the shower making it very uncomfortable to use it. Bed looked dirty, had bad smell and several broken coils. Breakfast was less then basic. Staff was indifferent and unable to give information about general transportation. It is located far from main part of town. Very, very expensive for what they offered. I paid more then 100 euros, worthy probably 30.

Despite our room's small size, the cozy bed and convenient proximity to local shops made our stay more enjoyable. The check-in at the nearby hotel Iris was smooth, thanks to the attentive staff.

The staff was very helpful and smiling. The room was small but quiet and was what was advertised on website. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants and museums.

The double room was small but clean, and the memory foam bed was super comfy. I enjoyed the nice touch of balloons for our anniversary. The hotel location is great, really close to markets and restaurants. Coffee shops right around the corner. Definitely a solid spot for exploring Amsterdam, but keep in mind the tiny space might be a bit cramped for some. Perfect for quick trips!

Decent location at decent price in a quiet area.
Wall to adjoining room is too thin.

Had a great group vacation! We visited the Koninklijk Theater Carre and enjoyed the direct tube connection to the Heineken Music Hall. The location was convenient, and it was nice to have cable programming for entertainment. Pro tip, book early to secure a good room!
We had an unsettling experience with thin walls when loud guests were causing disturbances at night, quite frustrating.

Stunningly beautiful, fairly clean hotel for vacation. Nice food plus very kind staff. Budget, new-fashioned room with the bedroom, a good wardrobe plus tea! Marvellous and perfect location - a short walk to Lidl. And only 20 minutes walking to downtown. Nice restaurant inside the venue. Sp to everyone...
